Want to get involved as a youth climate activist? JOIN US this Friday, 2/19 at 7PM EST for a discussion on educating and empowering youth on climate change. Mr. Bein has organized many lobbying events including the MYCC (Massachusett's Youth Climate Coalition) Lobby Week in January where many of our Andover students participated in! This term, the @theabbotinkwell and SACA will be establishing a recurring column focused on the intersections of climate change and gender. We hope this column can bring light to the nuanced ways in which climate change affects our lives in junction with our identities. As climate change worsens, its environmental repercussions disproportionately affect trans and cis women, and gender-marginalized people. Through this collaboration between the @bracecenter.pa and SACA, we aim to provide space for information, reflections, commentary, and a spur to action for the connected struggles of climate and gender justice.
